The Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association (PACBA) is holding its annual continuing legal education seminar, which will focus on the various aspects of creditors’ rights and collection litigation. The Conference is open to the public. During the conference, attendees will be able to share opinions, thoughts and suggestions all in an effort to improve and enhance the various aspects of creditors’ rights and collection litigation.
